Creative personal growth
A personal journey shaped by images, words and small steps
There are times when understanding something in your head is not quite enough. You may be looking for a way to explore a change through experience, imagination and your own creative language.
Creative personal growth brings reflection into contact with making. A drawing, a story or a few intuitive words can give you a different view of a familiar question, without deciding in advance who you ought to become.

When a new direction is asking for attention
A transition that needs time
Wanting to recognise your own resources
Looking for growth without constant self-pressure
Discovery before a new set of expectations

A personal path can start by noticing what matters now: a quality you would like to recover, something you want to protect, or a habit that no longer feels like your own. Creative work makes these questions tangible.
Lucia's approach combines art therapy, storytelling and meditation in a welcoming setting. Continuity and attention matter more than a dramatic breakthrough. The next step is something to explore together, rather than a promise of immediate transformation.
A small creative practice
Three questions for your own direction
Answer in words, colours or simple images. You can leave a question open.
- Name the present chapter
Ask: What am I moving through? It might be change, uncertainty, weariness, curiosity or a wish for something different.
- Choose a quality
Ask: What would I like to make more room for? Pick something concrete, such as trust, presence or lightness.
- Find one possible gesture
Ask: What could I begin today? Choose a small action that fits your life rather than an ideal version of it.
Your questions
A little more clarity

Do I need a clear goal first?
You can begin with a question or a feeling of being in transition. An initial conversation can help clarify what you are seeking.
What can I explore on my own?
The short practice on this page is one starting point. The related pages offer different creative prompts for specific moments and needs.

A first conversation
A new direction can begin with a question that is truly yours.
Write to Lucia about what you are looking for, and ask about language, format and availability.
These pages explore creative expression, personal reflection and everyday wellbeing. The approach does not provide diagnosis, psychotherapy or healthcare. The current Circle of Light group is guided in Italian.
